As a full-time working mom of two, incorporating Yoga into my daily routine has been a game-changer. I fully grasp the challenges of finding time to attend a studio class, which is why I tailor my practice to be dynamic and efficient, ensuring that every 90-minute session counts.
What started as a casual hobby quickly transformed into a deep passion when I got hooked on the transformative power of Yoga. From attending regular classes to pursuing advanced training like the BWY Foundation Course and the 500-hour Teacher Training, my journey has been guided by inspiring mentors who have shaped my practice.
Yoga holds a special place in my heart as it not only enhances my role as a mother but also boosts my productivity in the workplace. Through consistent practice, I have found a sense of inner peace, patience, and a newfound appreciation for my physical strength. Unlike my previous fitness endeavors focused solely on physical power, Yoga has allowed me to blend strength with much needed flexibility.
Now, as a certified Yoga Instructor, my goal is to create engaging, impactful classes that are filled with energy and empowerment. Witnessing my students progress on their individual paths, conquering new poses and surpassing their limits each week, brings me immense joy.
